Noone accused you of using warez; BarryB was simply interested in what version of the game - without a CD-related copy protection - you have, nothing more. At least, I understood it so. Yep, as I read Barrys question I had exactly the same in my mind.

Lemmé throw in 2 litte examples.
American McGees Scrapland -> Original Retail Version -> Starforce
American McGees Scrapland -> Came On CPB Coverdisk -> Unprotected!

Flat Out 2 -> German Version -> Starforce
Flat Out 2 -> UK (?) Version -> SecuRom

So Barry (and me in the first place) thought you bought some kinda special/localized version which is unprotected.

And for all the other things you claimed: This is the way the rules are. Let us break the rules and the site will soon be down forever coz´ of illegal things.
It isn´t just luck that this forum is up for ages!
