Joe why should they fix an 1.01 no-dvd when that version has problems ??

And from what ive heard teams like Reloaded get paid but just not from us

@DABhand: Hasn't the PPF fix been fixing problems with the cracked files on the Reloaded image? If so, the same fix won't work with the image of an original CD/DVD!

@HellasVagabond: Fixing (propering) a crack keeps the "cracker scene point" at the team. If they let some other team proper their crack, they lose their "cracker scene point" and lose reputation... Also, I don't care if a cracker team gets money from someone but if we use their cracks for free then who are we to complain about the quality?!

They dont get paid, its a hobby to them.

DAB trust me when i say they get paid just like every STRONG cracking Team out there. Like i said we dont pay them , other people do but since they do i dont think the "Free" term applies here.

So far I haven't come across a (real) cracking team (not games in general, mainly SnD and similar stuff) that gets paid for anything.
I have seen that there are teams that get paid for hours, you can buy their skills so to say. And that's heavily illegal, if RE will be paid, that's like killing ppl for money, hardly the same, but the concept isnt very different
Those teams are no real teams anyway, I think that's a totally different scene

actually its pretty common knowledge that the cracking teams (at least the game iso ones) DO make money from dodgy sources... mostly its from dodgy asians (not trying to be racist or stereo typical.. im talking from first hand experience) buying cracks and iso's before the games were even released on the inet etc (pre-pre's).. as for the money making the way to the crackers, thats another story.. i know of some in other teams who got free laptops and hardware for their 'job' and others who got nothing, and did the cracking for the fun of it (and then got totally screwed in the process when the 'heat' came)... people DO make money from piracy, thats a common fact, from your street corner seller, your friend who burns copies for his mates at $5 or whatever, right the way up to the asians pressing silver cd's/dvd's and selling them as legit...
