HOW CAN I PLAY ORIGINAL DVD GTA3 (PAL-UK) WITH NTSC-JAP PS2?

My JAP Ps2 version is 15000
I got a DVD drive and a CD-Burner
but not preapre to buy a DVD-R because is too expensive :<

(PS) I am looking for a Tutorial (To make a backup of my original UK-PAL GTA3 to play on a JAPAN NTSC PS2). I have looked on other tutorial for the GTA3 (US-NTSC) version but I found out that the size of UK-PAL and US-NTSC GTA3 is very big different and also the code, reindex on the Hex is different too, I have also looked at Zedaan's GTA3 Tutorial and found it complicated (SORRY). If there is no tutorial yet can anyone or anyone preapre to write one? Sorry i am newbie on ripping and tried very hard . If anyone can make one that will be great help not only to me but to others us well
