Goto the games website and look for what the minimum specs are.
But Oblivion is ok, it will run at lower resolutions for you and still look good. Its a brilliant long long huge game.

The graphic card you have is officially unsupported by the game . But works with this mod downgrading the pixel shader from 2.0 to 1.1
