Uninstall graphic drivers and game, download a different version of graph drivers, install, then install the game and latest patch.

Thanks for the reply Luciel I will try your suggestion. The tecg forums of midway say to change the rsolution of the desktop to 800 but I'll try yours first and by the way there is no patch for this game.

oh ok, i don't have the game so i just said the patch as a standard answer really good luck!

I just tried the MIDWAY version and your version to fix this problem and it does help but the problem still persists and I think MIDWAY is not going to make a PACH for the game.
