Hi, thx for this guide but i have a problem:

8) Game installer at the end of his work is doing something very evil - it edits "RESOURCE.CFG"** Now you'll need hex editor, at least for the first job...

edit <TempDir>\Setup\setup.exe find and replace "RESOURCE.CFG" with zeros*

I can't find "RESOURCE.CFG" in the Setup.exe opend with HEX-EDITOR ...

Can annyone help me?
Or Upload this "EDITED" Setup.exe?

Just use the Fixed Setup.exe from the official CD/DVD Install Patch named
"EMPINSTFIX10.ZIP"!
Worked fine for me!
