Is Dukes of Hazzard 2 copy protected?

Just wondering if Dukes of Hazzard 2 game is copy protected? Where is the best website for patches? How do you know if a game is copy protected?

I will have Dukes II in a day or so and can post results if copy protected or should say anti-mod protected.

Ususally a game that is anti-mod will pop up a circle with line through it at the begining of the game however a few have had things pop up in the middle or during play that tell you the playstation is illegal or do the circle with line. Somewhere i have a list but is out dated by now
