If your original CD/DVD doesn't work properly, contact the shop, where you bought it, or the publisher for a replacement. (Do you mean that it is not the CD/DVD that is physically damaged but they messed up the software on it?!)

Mine were iso's i downloaded from bittorrent. The seeder must have messed with something or another. I'd say there's a pretty good chance that the original poster downloaded his too. This seems like a very rare error. This forum and one other are the only ones to adress the problem on google ('eulaxp1.dll' as term).
