Yes I Know He Did..

Only The Downloaded Version Needs To Be Modified..
I Downloaded It Before It Was GERMAN I Had To Modify The *.INI File.

So I Went To Local GAME Store And Bought It. Did'nt Had To Modify The *.INI File.
