some details :
1. I just have one working DVD drive so I make an image first and then burn the image 2. And can it be a problem that I'm using a Swap Magic Card and not the Chip

#1, Yes. That is the correct way. Be sure "read errors" are set to abort no matter what software used. I use Alcohol.
#2, Some games do require patching if using the Swap Magic disc. You can check here for patches
