PAL 60 Hrz on an NTSC tv

i have the PAL tomb raider legend im playing on an NTSC tv with a matrix infinity with the auto correction turned on to NTSC and i saw an option to enabe PAL 60 hrz would it make a differecne with a NTSC tv?
