Need Help.... Car Issue

Hi dear forum m8's!

need help! I have the godfather (PC) and I cant get out of the cars.. I think its a EXE issue, but cant find a image which are working when I have installed the game.. I use the space button to get into cars but cant get out....

wierd!

plz helt me.... maybe make a image from a original cd...
