I have a working version of the engine.dll file for the stetchkov syndicate (the one gamecopy hosts doesnt work and should be nuked) you can get if from

or from g4m£burn***** as i recently got it hosted onto their site (make sure you get the one labeled #2 2.03mb the other is the same bogus release)
