Help with making Ecco the Dolphin Bootable

I have ecco the dolphin cd that needs a boot disc and I followed the self-boot echelon method to make this disc bootable. Got to the part where I need to locate the 1st_read.bin and ip.bin on the disc and I cannot seem to locate the 1st_read.bin file. The ip.bin is there and it appears to have a 0.bin file also. Anyone knows if I'm suppose to substitute this 0.bin file with 1st_read.bin and whether or not I should re-name this to 1st_read.bin? Thanks

boot2bin dont work?or do you just have the game and not iso`s still. i would like to know how too?
