Yo, stick with Gypplay. That is the best one to play VCD's on your Dreamcast. They have the Disk Juggler Image for Gypplay and the instructions on how to burn VCD's on www.dcemulation.com. Trust me it works. In fact I'm was just watchin' How High on my Dc before I wrote you!
