Lord of The Rings Battle For Middle Earth [BUGS?]

When playing this game, sometimes there are like, models missing or something. Look at the following screenshots, and you'll know what I mean.

ati x800xt (omega based on cat6.2 drivers)
1gig ram

Someone got this problem too?

Oh, by the way. I got patch 1.(0)1 installed.
