it should work with star force nightmare although i only had to disable my ide controller in device manager and it worked but ive been told that might only work with nforce based boards then i mounted it with demon tools 4

Is it primary or secodary IDE? Also, does the image work for the dvd version?

yes the image is for the dvd version i only had to disable the ide controller i had a dvd rom on it didnt seem to care about the other one with cd rom on it at all

I know about the ide but is it Primary IDE or Secondary?

You (may) need to disable the IDE channel(s) on which your CD/DVD drives are. But you disable the wrong one, the one which the hard disks (also) are, and your computer will crash very nicely!

Recently I have seen a image for brain lara international cricket 2005. But I dont know how to use it I mean I mount it using daemon tools but what next i have to do using which software. Can someone help me by guiding the exact steps I needed to make it work

if your operting system is on a SATA hard drive this wont be a problem sorry about that oblivion i assumed that you had a SATA drive not IDE
it might just be easier for you to unplug you dvd drive that should give the same result

Is there any way with the help of which we can make mini image of brain lara international cricket 2005 works. As the image is on gamecopyworld but I dont know the procedure to make it work. Can anybody help me?
