copying dummied games

Can you copy games that have been dummied? my cdrom cant seem to read the cd at all, it plays perfectly in the dreamcast tho.

Yes it just takes longer to read, how long depends on your drive, it once took me 45 minutes to read a disk but less than 5 to burn
