do i install with Original on different drive letter then run from image? It didnt appear to work with installing from the image and then installing starforce then trying to run the game.

mini images and atarforce games never works for me i don't know if it's my computer

Starforce doesn't only run in installation drive. Have you deactivated/unplugged (depending on your chipset) your optical drives ?
