What difference would the writing on the cover make?
If that is the only thing you can get in Poland then that is what you get.

Ill highlight the good bits okay..

I have CSI: MIAMI but unfortunately the game is in German language what disappoints me 'cause I'm not good at it

So that tells me

1. He didnt want a german version

2. He can hardly speak the language

3. If he bought it, he would have noticed the german writing on the box

4. We can assume this is a download. And he didnt buy, hence why he hasnt been back to defend.
