Sounds like sloppy programming to me
 It seems like all the NFS games must use a common install path etc. registry key, so therefore when you install one it thinks that all of them are installed. You'll probably have to go into the registry and find they key that the installer has created and delete it. Please be warned- Do NOT play with the registry if you do not know what you are doing!! -Leezer-
