Simply - You don't!

You cannot simply copy an original Sega Dreamcast (GD-ROM) disc.

The programs and data from the disc must be RIPPED from it by reading it on the Dreamcast machine, connected to a PC by either serial or broadband connection. You then have to extract, hack and downsample the data so it will fit on a standard 650-700mb disc (since original DC games can be up to one gigabyte in size).
