Angry Dynasti Warrior 4 Hyper Freeze

Hi to All...
I just got this DW4 hyper game and install it and I use the deviance crack, but I got this problem:
- in the first 1-5 minutes of the stages the games run at 1 fps (!!!) while the sound and events continues. I used to pause the game until it run smoothly (60 fps) and the start the stages. I already try to lower the settings to the lowest but it still occurs. I dont think it has to do with my VGA or RAM (I got ATi Radeon 9550 and 512mb RAM). I have istalled catalyst version 5.8 but the game still freeze. If I finish the stages and start the nest one, the freeze continues on the first minutes.
Does anyone have any idea of what I've got??? it's suck to wait for a minutes just to play the stages....

Does it occur without a crack, too? Have you read the FAQ and tried all suggestions on making original/cracked games work?

I already tried without a crack, and it is all the same. I also try to make an Image of the disc and then mount it using alcohol 120% or DT4. I even tried to install WinXP SP2, using my onboard soundcard rather than my SB Live!, and it is still the same. the one thing that I dont tried yet is install a fresh copy of windowsXP and install the game, but I dont interested in the idea cos it takes me too much time to set my PC back to the state like the way it was.
if anyone had ever run into trouble like I did with this game, please share it with me.
Thanks

Contact the publisher then, this is NOT a general game support forum.
