Or you can tweak the starmaker program.
It was easy enough to find the points left when creating your star on that, using some memory scanners. I made a couple with full bars. Which isnt full in the game offcourse. Should give you a few years of good movies and good chances for awards. |

That trick is old, but he seeks a way to have enough people to work with. Even when you are the leading studio, people won't come to work in your studio. For that, there is a mod.

People on the star maker program can be used for normal jobs also. Just need to drag them into the desired job.

No no no. We does not want high specialized people. He wants a lot of people to apply for jobs in the studio. Quantity not quality. When you play the normal way, even with star maker trick, you don't have enough people for work. Played it almost 40 years in the game but you don't get a lots of normal people. I had a lots of problems with maintenance and janitors. |

What I mean is, lots of people made by starmaker program can be used, the bonus of having skills also means if your short for an actor or director, well you can take them out of that job.
One problem with too many ground staff is the facilities you need increases also, so space left for sets etc become scarce. |
