If you apply the patch, you can go to your game directory and sort your files with the "change date" (sorry I have a German Windows, but I think you know what I mean). Yeah check which files are the newest
 You can also look at the registry (regedit) and look if there is a history of the game (Installation protocol ore something). This can also be in the game directory (install.log for example). Or you look at the patch tool while patching and notice the file names (camera would be helpful, because the patch process can be very fast). Greets

If you have decompression errors, you need to update RAR. (By the way, this is covered by the FAQ, you'd better read it through!)
