Weird, never thought NOD32 would give you false positives. Anyway, update to the latest virus definition package and switch to a lower level of heuristics. I don't remember if I've ever downloaded infected stuff from GCW and I've been around for like 6-7 years...

i have latest update for this antivir
can't change level of heurestic
only can set exlude for this file
