Try using programs that repair scratched cds, sometimes they can even repair it and create a working iso. Give CloneCD a try and edit the cd profile to repair defect sectors..., if you dunno how to, just ask,. ISOBuster can do the same, it's just more professional in what it does. Never tried to test them to see what's better...
