I've run into a problem I've not had before. I'm trying to downsample a sofdec from 4 Wheel Thunder and keep it at 320x480, but I get an error message saying "Video Data Rate or VBV Buffer Size is too small."
If I downsample to 320x240 it does fine, but I'd prefer to keep the original aspect ratio. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Edit: I only got the error when I was using a bitrate of 1150. When I tried other bitrates such as 1200, 1500, 2000, or 2600 it worked fine.

Darkfalz is on a distinguished road
Yes this is a problem with the software. You will often get this error almost randomly at a specific bitrate/video file. Try another bitrate.
