Any idea for me?

Installing Chicken Little the Install Shield goes immediately in error 6011 and shut down the installation. The same CD on other computer install perfectly the game. I have tried to close all programs, clear temporary files, reboot... but nothing to do!!!

Any idea, please?

ISSUE:
When attempting to install Disney's Chicken Little, the following error message appears:
Error: InstallShield Setup Initialization Error 6001


CAUSE:
The error is a result of corrupted InstallShield files caused from a previous installation of another product using InstallShield.


SOLUTION:
Delete the 0701 InstallShield folder and reinstall the program.


DETAILED SOLUTION:
Perform the following steps to delete the 0701 folder:


1.Exit all open applications and background programs.

2.From the Windows Start menu, select My Computer, and then double-click on Local Disk (C.

3.Double-click on Program Files, and then locate and double-click on Common Files.
NOTE: A warning may appear. Click on Show Files to view the contents.


4. Locate and double-click on the InstallShield folder, double-click on the Professional folder and then double-click on the RunTime folder.

5. From within the RunTime folder, right-click on the 0701 folder and select Delete.

6.Once the folder has been deleted, empty the recycle bin and reinstall the program.
