HD via the network adapter

Well, I know version 3 lets me rip my games onto my computer and send them to my HD via the network adapter. So now i don't even need dvdrs for most my games. And it is cheaper than having a mod installed

You can do one better with WinHiip (which is free software) and transfer it to the PS2's HDD right on your PC its self! Or if your hard up to do it over a network you can use Faplink which is also free or HDLDump with its network feature, yes free also. And for your comment about it being cheaper.....the exploit costs all of $0.00 so I don’t see your point.

Bottom line HDA is stolen work from others that have released it for free. They are making money off something that is free.....and people that pay for it must only be doing so because they don’t know of the better options, thus the reason for my post here. Hopeful someone will read this and realize they don’t need to spend the money on HDA when they can do better by getting a modchip in combination with HDL. HDA depending on where you go will run you $30-$40 anyway, why not spend just a little more and get a mod chip and you will have a much more powerful solution. Also when new patches for HDL become available to combat incompatibilities with new games and what not with the patched HDL and a mod chip the updates will be free. With HDA you will have to wait for the HDA people to sell out there stock of HDA 3.0's before they will release a new version of the HDA with the updates they rip off.

Just my thought taken for what you will
