In the meantime, I can play without cd, Starforce nightmare is the solution
So anyone, who has the same problem, should do the following:

Try using the DVD maxi image for the CD version. Works most of the time.

Or you can disable your cd-roms in the device manager and use daemon tools 4 and run the game..

I did not know Securom7 is actually going almost as far as SF3 ?!
That kinda scares me, disabling drives with SFN for a SR7 game. I honestly never had such heavy probs wiht SR7 games, i didnt even get any error or stuff like that when playing Vietcong2 & FEAR, only PES5 told me Security module blabla but that was just fixed by using good old VirtualCDHide
