Yep, EMPORiO to the rescue
 Just reinstalled my game (I finished it with the 1.01 patch) and updated to 1.02 and used the crack, works fine for me. Played three levels and no problems, saved games load back too. Not going to play through it again to make sure, finished it once and it's not really worth replaying. Can't be arsed with MP so not worried if that don't work, but SP seems fine!
