Does it work OK with your original disc? It could be that when you made your backup DVD and also copied it to your HDD the original DVD was not clean and didn't copy one or more of the files correctly.

You could try copying the original DVD-9 to the HD and then try playing it from there.
Also I couldn't help but notice that you spelt Xecuter wrong. It is spelt Xecuter, not Executer. (n00b!, but thats ok, thats what were here for) dragonx
