@ TRCMee:
Did you download or install the patch or where do you know from that it deletes the MotoGP-folder! Can you tell me if it deletes more from system and which files it creates or how I can see, if there are still files from the patch on my system??? I'm a bit afraid of what it could probably still do on my PC! Any files, I have to remove manually???

Well, I've installed that "patch", and it just installs a bunch of spyware and bunch of programs (seen in add/remove program).
It also empties your Moto GP 3 -folder, so offcourse, it doesn't work. Just don't install it!

To remove all kinds of malware, use (the free edition of) Ad-Aware: http://www.lavasoft.com .

Look @ Taskmanager.You have a new process.There name is pockapocka.exe.The folder of it is in windows/etb.You can not delet normal.You need this one ETRemover_v212.You must make it in safe mode.It works.I have test it.When the process is not killed go in safe mode again and delete the folder manuel.Then look in startup manager and kill him too.

I did everything what i can do i work now with the original motogp.exe and with the mini image bud if i start the game get i the intro and loading and then he goes back to desktop and says Disk not found!!! The cd must be present for the game to run. MotoGP URT 3 will now abort.
Who can help me;( (sorry for my bad english)
