backing up backups

hey all, I have about 20 games backed up, that i want to create another backed up copy of. Most people say discjuggler is the best program to use for this task, however when i tried it on a few games, the 2nd backup did not work. Is there a program that will work for all of these games? And if not for all, for most? Along with this program, what settings in the program need to be altered, should I do a direct cd to cd, or cd to image to cd. Please answer all of the following if possible, thanks in advance.

Never use CD->CD. Always get an image first, then burn it....
