Help With ToCA Race Driver 2

I have the reloaded version of the dvd and the crack. I installed it off the drive, updated it to v2.1 and then copied over the crack. Every time that I try to run it I get (RD2.exe - Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point RestoreLastError could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll) I have not burnt it out yet. I will try this next. If that doesn't work, I'm done with it. It's just not worth it.

YES already i have make a test on SP1 and dosn't work.

make test with different type of system modes,possible it work.

Nothing to do dosn't work on SP1 in all possible modes.

Now i updated offline my SP1 to SP2 and the crack & nocd patch work Proper.

Possible if you update to SP2, you encounter "Blue screens" they are due to the execution mode from DDRam drive on SP2, than Go to your BIOS and remove all DDRAM overclocking modes and high performances settings SET to default .blue screens will desapear. and your OS dosn't work slower, SP2 run allways the ram with bether performances as an "overclocked SP1"

The NEW NO-DVD-CRACK for version 1.2 of "TOCA/DTM Race Driver 2" can not be downloaded! Someone has linked to the old NCRYSO-crack for version 1.0!

I have tested it it really is the old crack from NCRYSO and not a new one from RELOADED!

IF A MODERATOR / ADMIN READS THIS PLEASE TELL SOMEONE TO FIX THE LINK, PLEASE!

I have exactly done all this and the game still does NOT start!
I copied the "RD2.exe" from the RELOADED-crack for version 1.2 to my game directory! Then I applied the CRASH FIX for this crack from MegaUpload.com and patched the crack! But I still get the error message "RD2.exe has caused an error and has to be closed." Thats the same what I also get when I do NOT patch the crack! ORIGINAL DVD works fine!
Any ideas??? By the way I am using "Windows XP Home Edition with SP1"!

I think that RLD has decrypted the game under XP SP2 and not tested with SP1.

yeh service pack 2 only....funny things in most starforce based games (espeacilly codemasters) it states that service pack 2 is essential.

so running it on service pack 1 is like running it below minimum specs.

Damn, I don't want to update my XP to SP2 because of the incompatibility to older games! I heard that most of the older games do not work with XP with SP2!

Is there no other solution??? I would really appreciate having the chance to play this game without DVD finally, but like I already said I don't want "XP - SP2" on my computer!

Another Question: Is the crack really a NO-DVD FIXED EXE or is it only a BACKUP-DVD FIXED EXE??? When it is only a BACKUP-DVD-CRACK it's senseless for me, because then I can also put in my ORIGINAL-DVD in the same time!

Well I used the hex editor and made the the change from Restore to Get. I then made sure that the 00 was at the end. I then saved it copied it over to the installed dir. and tried it. Now I get RD2.exe is not a valid win32 application.

There is a way to make this work. I just don't understand why the people that say that they have it working on win2k can't just put up a link to the modded rd2.exe? Or msg me and I'll host it. Or send it to gcw and they will host it. Either way this should be out there.
