Make a 1:1-copy of the discs with "CloneCD 5" or "GameJack 5"! Then the 2nd CD will be recognized! NERO won't work, I had the same problem!

1. GameJack 5 is crap, better spend your money on Alcohol 120%, a LOT better
2. i burned CoD with nero 6.6 and it worked
I guess nero is not able to do a working 1:1 copy of Safedisc 4, but CoD had SafeDisc 2.9 or 3, i dunno and Nero managed to get a good result.
What did you do?
