Eddie, right click your my computer and goto properties (dont right click a shortcut of my computer).
On this window goto Advanced Error Reporting Button See if its turned off. If it has thats one cause of why nothing is happening. As it cant show your error window if there is one. If its on, then try reinstalling the game, and also check your computer meets minimum specifications.
