Most trainers are made for EvoX so make sure you are using it as your dashboard.
Also make sure TSR is enabled in EvoX, otherwise trainers will not work. Now when and how to use them: FTP them to your xbox and put them into the folder from where EvoX reads trainers. Select the trainer and start it. After that start the game. That is the most common way of using the trainers. If it differs the readme file will say so.
