Got It yesterday. Shipped 2 days ago. Release date was the fourth. They had to send it to me or esle they would be breaking contract, and then I could sue them :P. Anyways, made a clone with my modded drive, normal one didnt work. I just read it, all options on, and it worked. Also made a mini image using my SC7 method. So anyways, just saying that it can be done. Now... I g2g throw some ppl on top of mountains :P. Cya in a day or 2 when I get off this addicting game lol.

could this file BW_2DISC1_mini_image.mdf be a no cd crack? and if yes, in which directory i gotta extract this file

That's a mini image, not a no-CD patch. See the .nfo file attached to it for infos on what to do with it.

Thats a mini image, you mount it in Daemon Tools. The game then thinks its a cd. This means you dont need a new crack everytime a patch is released...

I keep getting people who bitch about how it dosn't work. Well let me tell you how to MAKE IT WORK so people can stop being fck'n n00bs.

1.) It's a mini image, what the fck do you think you do with it. Just mount the dam thing in Daemon Tools or Alcohol.

2.) Use the desktop shortcut, or start menu shortcut, or the original exe in the install directory. (If you don't know were that is, use google.)

3.) This part I can understand. Uninstall Clone CD if you get an error in the beginning of start up like "insert correct cd" or something like that.

4.) If that doesn't work you could try something like Anti-blaxx because I think that it blacklists the alcohol and Daemon tools drivers.

5.) If you don't want to use Anti-Blaxx, then change the driver names in Alcohol or Daemon Tools. To do that you need to reinstall the program (expert mode in alcohol) and then just add a letter to each driver name (to keep it simple.)

I really hope that helps all you n00bs, I understand that we all start out as n00bs but I don't understand it "do I put the mini image in the install directory and it acts like a no-cd"? How do you even manage to turn on the fck'n computer if you ask stuff like that!

Hiya guys,

This sort of related to the thread. I have a copy of B&W 2 and I have only been able to get hold of images instead of NO CD cracks. I have tried all the usual sites but to no avail.
I can't get the images to work with daemon or Alcohol. When I mount them and start the game it still says please install the correct CD.
What do i do?
Any ideas?

Also has anyine got any advice on creating a NO CD crack?

Use desktop/start menu shortcut and anti-blaxx with alcohol or daemon tools with the mini image mounted. That should fix your problem. You should have read the post before yours, I said the same dam thing, read before you post.
