The second one looks good. Don't forget: You can export a key before you delete it. So if you can still not install the game you can import the key later again.
BTW: Have you the Xpand Rally MSI file on the cd? Usually you can doubleclick on it to start the installation and choose "repair". Maybe this works.

It works
Thanks again DarkSoul.
I have done as you say and everythink go back to normal. Xpand Rally is working. I just have dane backup all 3 of those registrations subkeys (just in case). Tkanks.
