In order to fix this problem just do the following!

1) go to C:\Documents and Settings\хххxx\My Documents\FIFA 06\user
2)open file "devdata" with your "notepad.exe"
3) find string [Default Pad|Default]
4) replace (DEADZONES=0.3,0.3,0.3
