Diner Dash Help!!!

I am having a really hard time getting past the last level of the 4th restaraunt. I've tried seating 4 at a time but it doesn't seem logical and it hasn't worked. My problem isn't with the timing of the people and seating them, it's that I end up breaking chains giving out bread and people get very upset when they don't get their bread. So do I go over to the podium and make those people happy? Or do I give bread to make the seated people happy? Either way I lose someone. If I'm giving out bread, the people in the line get mad and leave, if I'm standing at the podium for what seems like hours, the people that are seated get mad. I've gotten increasingly WORSE at this level because I'm confused and don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems like most don't have trouble with this level so I must be doing something wrong, out of the ordinary. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
