You may have to contact the game publishers for help with the update. You may get lucky here if someone else has experienced the same problem? I havent tried installing the update myself and I dont currently have the game installed to try it for you.

The name of the patch I tried is (rid****_update_en_10_11) is this the right Patch or is it a different one?

en i take means english, wether that means UK english or US english I dunno.
