1. The file is not available, "Remote Loading" is a no-no at Lycos Tripod.
2. If the maker of that executable configured UPX to create an "unextractable" compressed executable, you shouldn't be surprised that UPX itself doesn't (NOT can't!) decompress it. See http://www.exetools.com for executable decrypters/decompressors that may succeed. 3. This question is completely off-topic on this forum!

On a side note, I think its an application exe called "Law 2004" I guess someone doesnt want to buy it or something?
Edit: Ahhhh I see what it is http://www.agtcad.com/products/legalaid/index.html Which is the newer version. They still have updates for the Law2004 version. $199 bucks ouch... Last edited by DABhand; 15-09-2005 at 06:20.
