Hi laziffer, whenever you find a no-CD patch or mini image that doesn't exist on GCW, please, submit it to GCW.

I did so (here: http://ul.gamecopyworld.com/) at the same time I found it. I only posted the link because it seems to take a while after upload up to the time everybody can download it from GCW.
