@Joe Forster/STA
I'm not sure that i completely "got" the theory (but analysing logs is pretty easy )I think besides the detailed explaination at cdru the thread at cdfreaks also contains the essential points. First time the "idea" appeared HERE If you really like to get "into it" ask eip/AlB; a really nice (and patient) guy "Stolen" from AlB: [first string] disc label (for information purposes only) [second string] disc key (for information purposes only) [sector of zone 1] [estimated sectors per track (oops, it's spiral, then cicrle) in zone 1 (int)] [offset of sector of zone 2] [estimated sectors per cicrle in zone 2 (int)] With that cfg sfcdvd can extract correct angle values from original disc [six correct angle values] [six sectors shift for sfcdvd.exe tests and sfmdf.exe twining] So before patching the image cfg looks like this: TMSUNRISE EK7********************** 235520 19 107008 22 260 348 99 80 230 111 1 11 15 11 16 10 (as said before: just an example; sector shift varies for every CD-RW!) @mantra Right.
