Make a bin/cue file out of an iso

How would I be able to make a bin/cue file out of an iso file?

use CDRWIN to rip the game cd to your hard drive you will then have a .cue file & a .bin file

To correct or elaborate here, RIP the game's BACKUP CD to your hard drive. You ** CANNOT ** use a CD-R/CDRW drive to rip an original Dreamcast GD-ROM disc to your hard drive. It will appear to work, but you'll only get a tiny file with none of the game data.
