The Same Problem
Hi guys, I had the same problem. I bought a dreamcast last weekend and have spent all week trying different methods of burning the boot disk and different versions of the boot disk.... all of which was nothing but a waste of time and media. Eventually I found a version of the boot disk that did work, so all i can say mate is use google and keep trying, sorry i cant be more help

If i remember correctly I think i i use old version of discjuggler. Mode2 CD-XA 3xxx. I never had probs with it. I even made it autoboot. Make sure when u burn it for autoboot, use multisession and close disc afterward

My first thought would be your DC, my second thought would be your burner. My third would be you have no idea what you are doing and are messing something stupid up.
