After reading this again, I am inclined to agree with you. I now believe he is saying he has the Full Deviance Version of the game but that Full Deviance Version only has the 'Demo' exe on it! He is saying the game does not have the proper full version exe included.

Sometime the way people write things it is hard to pick up exactly what they mean. Maybe they write this way on purpose?
